At Vanacore Music, we know that our people must always be our greatest strength. We are committed to building a strong and inclusive team to continue our mission as a provider of music services in a way that positively impacts all communities we serve.


Just as we know that every project is unique, we aim to create a culture where diversity of viewpoints is our guiding force. We are in the business of telling stories, and it takes an orchestra of different voices to do so. We are people-powered, and without advocating for inclusion for all, we are unable to do what we do. We have been known as a champion for composer and producer representation and rights, and we pride ourselves on awareness, advocacy, and care for all.


Though, we know that a promise is simply a plan put into action. We understand that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is an ever-evolving process. Our culture is continually progressing through the pillars that hold us accountable: education and awareness, values, engagement, advocacy, and partnership. In addition to laying the groundwork for our own organization, we also understand our responsibility to advocate for industry-wide change.
